Fun, creative team-building events

- Absolutely no experience necessary. I promise you’ll be able to do this.
- Get together with colleagues, grab a seat, a pen and a brush and get swept along by my passion and enthusiasm!
Part 1: Draw-along with me
We’ll warm up by blending our paints and doing some simple mark-making.
I’ll then use chunky markers on a jumbo canvas panel at the front of the room while you follow my lead on sheets of textured watercolour paper. Together we’ll create all sorts of people, gripped by all sorts of powerful emotions.
You’ll discover how to capture my energetic, effervescent drawing style – in just a few strokes of your pen!
I’ll tailor my charismatic sketches to your industry, mutual interest, specific characters in the group, collective in-joke or funny memory. Just contact me in advance to thrash out the details.

Part 2: Step-by-step painting that’ll make your eyes pop
After a short break to gather our wits, clear the decks and freshen our mixing water, I’ll break out the canvas panels: it’s time for the showstopper!
You’ll each create your own jaw-dropping version of the same masterpiece. Click HERE for options.
Want to commission a bespoke piece? Please get in touch to discuss beforehand, with plenty of notice.
Never painted before? No problem! I’ll be working at the group’s pace on my own canvas panel, breaking the process down into easy-to-follow steps. Finished paintings on the table will give you all a clear goal throughout. I also provide visual examples of each stage so you can just joyously paint without watching me.

Take your masterpiece home to wow friends/ family/the bloke on the deli counter in Waitrose and wallow in the well-deserved compliments and plaudits.

Joyful reminder:
Now the creative juices are flowing, why not collaborate on a legacy piece for the office wall? Everyone’s invited to add themselves in flattering watercolour.

Hang it in the company rec room, kitchen, team changing room – or slap bang above the main entrance for all to admire!

The Art Social philosophy
Life. Busy isn’t it?
Give your mind a well-earned rest.
Put away your phone and take out your pencil and notebook.
Look up, look around, really notice what’s going on around you – and start drawing.
Kids feeling wobbly about an appointment, exam or sports events? Sometimes the most helpful thing you can do is stop yapping and foster a sense of calm.
Absorb yourself in a drawing or painting, keep quiet – and let your beleaguered offspring feel whatever they’re feeling.
